# Submeet Privacy Policy

Thank you for using Submeet (hereinafter referred to as "the App" or "we"). We understand the importance of privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy is intended to explain how the App handles your data.

## 1. Data Collection & Storage

**Submeet is a "Local-First" application.**

*   **Local Storage:** All subscription records, amounts, dates, and other data you add within the app are stored by default on your device's local storage.
*   **iCloud Sync:** If you enable iCloud sync (Pro feature), your data will be securely synced to your personal iCloud account via Apple's CloudKit service.
*   **No Independent Servers:** We do **not** have any independent backend servers. We will **never** collect, upload, store, or analyze any of your subscription data or personal information.
*   **No Developer Access:** Because data is stored entirely on your local device and your private iCloud space, the developer (us) has no access to view or retrieve your data in any form.

## 2. Third-Party Services & Tracking

*   **No Ad Tracking:** This app does not contain any third-party advertising SDKs and will not track you for advertising purposes.
*   **No Data Analytics:** We do not use any third-party data analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Flurry, etc.) to collect your usage behavior data.
*   If you encounter a crash while using the App, you may choose to send anonymous crash logs to Apple via Apple's official "Share Analytics" feature. We can only view these anonymous crash reports through the platform provided by Apple to fix bugs.

## 3. Data Sharing & Disclosure

Because we do not collect any of your data, we **cannot** and **will never** sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to any third party.

## 4. Your Rights

You have full control over your own data:
*   You can modify or delete any subscription record within the app at any time.
*   You can turn off Submeet's iCloud sync permissions at any time in your device's system settings.
*   If you delete the Submeet app, all locally stored unsynced data will be completely erased.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our app's features or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted on this page with the "Last Updated" date indicated.
