# Submeet Terms of Service

Welcome to Submeet (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). Please read the following Terms of Service carefully before using the App. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms.

## 1. Service Description

Submeet is a tool app designed to help users manually record and manage various subscription services and automatic deduction items.
*   **Purely Manual Recording:** All data records provided by this app are manually entered by the user.
*   **No Direct Deduction/Unsubscribe Function:** This app **cannot** connect directly to your bank card, Alipay, WeChat Pay, or Apple ID to perform actual deduction operations. The "How to unsubscribe" guide within the app is for reference only; you must go to the corresponding platform (such as App Store, WeChat, Alipay, etc.) to complete the actual unsubscribe operation.

## 2. Disclaimer

*   **Data Accuracy:** You must ensure the accuracy of the entered amounts, deduction dates, and other information yourself. We are not responsible for inaccurate reminders caused by user input errors.
*   **Risk of Reminder Failure:** While we try our best to provide accurate deduction reminders using the iOS system's local notification feature, reminders may be delayed or fail due to system settings (such as Do Not Disturb mode, notification permissions disabled, low battery, etc.) or other force majeure factors. **The App assumes no liability for any financial loss caused by failure to remind you in a timely manner.**
*   **Purely Tool Attribute:** This app is intended to provide recording and reminder assistance and does not constitute financial or investment advice of any kind.

## 3. Payment & Refunds

Submeet offers a basic free version and a premium paid version (Submeet Pro).
*   **Free Version:** Provides basic subscription recording and reminder functions, and may have a cap on the number of subscriptions that can be recorded.
*   **Pro Version (One-Time Purchase):** A one-time purchase (In-App Purchase) is available through the Apple App Store. After purchasing, you will permanently unlock premium features such as unlimited subscriptions, real-time iCloud sync, and the exquisite 3D icon library.
*   **Transaction Platform:** All payments and transactions are officially processed by the Apple App Store.
*   **Refund Policy:** According to Apple's policy, if you are not satisfied with your purchase or make a mistake, you must apply for a refund directly through Apple's "Report a Problem" page; the developer cannot process refunds directly for you.

## 4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App for any behavior that violates laws and regulations or infringes on the legal rights of others. Because this app is a local tool, all your data is saved locally. Please keep your device and Apple ID secure to prevent data leaks.

## 5. Intellectual Property

All design, interface, code, graphic content (including but not limited to 3D Icon design), and other related intellectual property within the App belong to the Submeet developer. Without explicit authorization, you may not reverse engineer, crack, copy, or use the relevant materials of the App for any commercial purpose.

## 6. Changes, Interruption, and Termination of Service

*   We reserve the right to modify, upgrade, or suspend part or all of the features of the App at any time, and will try to inform users in advance through app update notes.
*   If you violate any provision of these terms, we reserve the right to terminate your use of the App at any time.
